Our Services
We offer three primary inspection categories:
Insurance Inspections - Condition checks, replacement cost surveys, and underwriting support for insurance carriers. Construction Draw Inspections - Progress inspections and reporting for construction lenders to verify stage completion before releasing funds. Commercial Inspections - Site verification, occupancy checks, and asset documentation for commercial properties.
A construction draw inspection verifies the progress of a construction project before a lender releases a draw payment. Our inspectors visit the site, document current completion percentages for each phase of construction, and provide a detailed report with photos to support lending decisions.
Commercial inspections typically include site verification, occupancy status checks, exterior condition assessment, and photographic asset documentation. The specific scope can be customized based on your organization's requirements. Learn more about our commercial inspection services.
